Unleashing Your Superpowers through Strategic Living

Do you find it challenging to define yourself in your life and workplace? Or find it difficult to stand up for yourself and be assertive in what is best for you and your loved ones?

Do you feel overlooked or invisible - unrecognized and unappreciated?

Are you constantly finding yourself in a burned-out state personally and professionally and struggling to recuperate?

Do you live with habits of self-neglect where you prioritize everyone else’s needs and wants over your own?

Does saying “No” cause massive anxiety and fear?

Do you feel stuck in your life and/or career because you’re afraid of implementing change or being confronted with conflict?

Does people-pleasing take precedence over your dreams and desires? Worse, your God-given purpose?

Here’s the kicker… Do you know what you NEED to do to transform your life and career but struggle to commit to doing it?

I’ve said yes to all of these questions my whole adult life. Full transparency, my whole life. Even as a little girl, I was easily bullied, manipulated, and deprioritized. Definitely as a teenager.

What was the norm for me might still be the norm for you.

Feeling or thinking…

Frustrated and miserable. Self-isolating and self-doubting. Overwhelmed often. Anxious and sick and tired of being sick and tired. Stressed out! Guilty and shameful. Neglected and unkempt. Inadequate. Confused. Impatient. Defeated. Exhausted!

This list isn’t complete. There are so many more ranges of emotions that exist in a life of chaotic living.

I won’t dive too deep into chaos in this post because we’ve covered that. Read these articles for greater understanding.

Transforming Chaos to Clarity: A Journey of Self-Discovery

Navigating Chaos: Embracing Clarity

From Chaos to Clarity: My Journey of Self-Transformation

The opposite of strategic living is chaotic living.

Chaos is chaotic because there is no intention, no awareness, no clarity, no plan, no…strategy for getting from point A to points B, C, D, etc. No ALIGNMENT with God’s plan or your divine, unique wiring.

Swimming against the current will always lead to all of those negative (yet common) emotions and thoughts above.

So what makes strategy the answer that you and I seek?

If you read your Bible at all, then you have come across the Greatest Strategizer of all existence. God’s perfect strategy is clear from the first chapter of Genesis to the last page of Revelations. It is His unconventional strategy that empowers human beings like us to do amazing things and make significant impacts; no matter how big or small. Just name a few out so, so many - Abraham, David, Esther, Deborah, Moses, Nehemiah, Joseph, Jacob/Israel, Gideon, Jesus, Apostle Paul. The list can go on and on.

Just like in the Bible, runs parallel in the world. Management, leadership, business, and organizational frameworks that thrive off of strategic thinking, planning, and implementing. Those who think and act strategically are considered the most successful and resilient.

Us becoming better stewards of our inner woman, our time, energy, resources, relationships, and intentions is a massive undertaking that is vital to being free of chaos and liberated to live a life free of the chains of mediocrity. We need to do this. Not just do this but be so committed to it that we are settled into a lifestyle of self-discovery, self-leadership, and self-management.

All of this work means nothing without the supernatural power and strategy of the Lord God. Only He can see from all sides. We need that kind of insight! And yet, the greatest insight that our Lord possesses along our journey of empowerment is how to optimize and unleash the intended potential of our very existence. The Creator is the only one who knows how to get the most out of the creation. (Dr. Myles Munroe taught me this in his teachings.)

This summer, I will be focusing on guiding us along the path of strategic transformations. Strategy frees us from hoarding information with little to no wisdom for application and implementation.

I will also be introducing The KLB Strategy. The heart of strategic living and Strategic Transformations.

Know. Love. Be. Strategic & Transformed.

Know yourself. Know your Lord. Love yourself. Love your Lord. Be yourself. Be more like our Lord.

Divine and Self Awareness are key. Compassion, Resilience, and Relationships are vital. Authenticity, Autonomy, and Application are necessary.

Of course, in true life coaching form, all of the usual must be addressed: Mindset Attitude Perspective Framework Habits/Routines Core Values Strengths/Weaknesses Belief Systems Goal-Setting Prioritizing Boundaries Accountability Decision Making Stress Management Time/Energy Management It seems like a lot. But they are “intersectional.” Tackling one area for improvement also addresses others.

So here is to the start of an empowering journey from chaos to clarity. Or should I say from chaos to strategy?

Understand fully what it means and how it looks in your own life the remnants of chaotic living. Dr. Dharious Daniels says, “You can’t figure out where you’re going until you locate where you are.”

Join me on the Friday Night Virtual Strategy Chat through Meetup.com or our Facebook Group to let me know how your “locating self” journey is progressing. Can you relate to the chaotic lifestyle?

Here’s a FREE Self-Discovery Coaching Workbook to help you’re “self-locating” journey.

Remember, we’re just compiling information. This is not who you BE. This is where you are. You can move, grow, climb, and soar to new locations, new milestones, and new heights IF you are ready to walk the walk.

One foot in front of the other. One day at a time. There is more to life than tolerating it. I won’t promise it’s easy but will promise it’s well worth the effort.
